Discovering Tomorrow's Leaders is a program to recognize and honor students who demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities in their communities.

• Starting February 20th, two young leaders, one from Beckham County and one from Roger Mills County, will be selected each week for eight weeks.
• Each winner's school will receive $1,000 in needed equipment and supplies.
• Each week's winner will be featured in the Cheyenne Star, the Sayre Record & Beckham County Democrat, The Elk City Daily News and The Daily Elk Citian, as well as on KECO-FM and okdtl.com.
• Two lucky winners from Beckham County and two winners from Roger Mills County will be selected from all the honorees to win personal laptop computers.
